  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain fat.
  3. Add spinach, cooking until wilted, then mix in cream cheese until melted.
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
