  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the teriyaki sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve the teriyaki meatballs over a bed of white rice, garnished with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired.
