Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) crushed graham crackers
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 pinch of salt

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) to prepare for baking the crust.

  4. Add the melted butter: Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients. Mix until the crumbs are moist and resemble wet sand.
  5. Press into pan: Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan. Spread evenly and press firmly into the bottom to form an even crust. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass for a compact layer.
